Campos de concentración por Michael Kenna

El fotógrafo inglés Michael Kenna, reconocido internacionalmente por sus geniales trabajos fotográficos, en el 2001 publicó un libro llamado Impossible to Forget (Imposible de olvidar) refiriéndose al holocausto nazi. El mismo fue creado a partir de sus visitas a distintos campos de concentración del mundo en un período que abarca desde 1988 hasta el 2000, siendo una invitación a la contemplación y a la reflexión de la memoria de un hecho histórico imposible de olvidar.

Michael Kenna nació en Widnes, Inglaterra, en 1953. Estudió en el Upholland College de Lancashire, en La Escuela Banbury de Arte en Oxfordshire, y en el London College of Printing, momento en el cual decidió definitivamente dedicarse laboralmente a la fotografía. Actualmente vive en San Francisco, California.

Los trabajos fotográficos de Michael Kenna forman parte de prestigiosas colecciones, como el Museo de Artes Decorativas de Praga, la Biblioteca Nacional de París, el Museo de Arte Moderno de San Francisco y el Museo Albert & Victoria de Londres.
